$100 Credit Offer Terms & Conditions

Overview

Dragonfly ("we," "our," or "us") is offering a promotional $100 credit ("Credit") to eligible new merchants who sign up through our website and book a demo within the promotional period. By claiming this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to new merchants who meet all of the following criteria:

  1. New merchant status: You have not previously held an active Dragonfly merchant account. Existing merchants, former merchants, and merchants with pending applications are not eligible.
  2. Demo booking: You must book and attend a demo within 48 hours of submitting your contact information through the promotional popup on our website.
  3. Minimum delivery volume: You must process at least $500 in delivery fees through the Dragonfly platform within your first week (7 calendar days) of activating your merchant account.

How the Credit Works

  • The $100 Credit will be applied to your first invoice after you meet the minimum delivery volume requirement.
  • The Credit is applied as a deduction and is not redeemable for cash.
  • If your first invoice is less than $100, the remaining Credit balance will be applied to subsequent invoices until the full $100 has been used.
  • The Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Minimum Delivery Volume Requirement

To qualify for the $100 Credit, your merchant account must generate at least $500 in delivery fees within your first 7 calendar days of account activation. Delivery fees are calculated based on Dragonfly's standard pricing for your account and include base delivery fees, distance surcharges, and any applicable service fees. Tips, taxes, and refunded deliveries are excluded from this calculation.

Offer Limitations

  • This offer is limited to one Credit per merchant, regardless of the number of locations or accounts.
  • Dragonfly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotional credits or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Dragonfly reserves the right to disqualify any merchant suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, submitting fake deliveries, or otherwise manipulating the terms of this offer.

Expiration

  • The demo must be booked within 48 hours of submitting your information to claim the Credit.
  • Once the Credit is applied to your account, it must be used within 90 days. Any unused Credit after 90 days will expire and cannot be recovered.

General Terms

  • Use of Dragonfly's services is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Dragonfly reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
  • This offer is void where prohibited by law.
